How It Works & Payment Structure
1. Fill Out a Quick Form
Start by telling us a bit about your hiring needs—just the basics to get the conversation started.
2. We’ll Schedule a Call
We’ll connect with you for a quick call to learn more, answer questions, and share how Truepear can help.
3. Submit a Full Hiring Request & Deposit
After the call, you’ll complete a more in-depth hiring form. A 10% deposit (based on the total cost) is required at the time of submission to kick off the search.
4. Pay 45% When You Hire
Once you’ve selected and hired a candidate from our vetted talent pool, 45% of the total is due.
5. Final 45% Due in 60 Days
The remaining balance is due 60 days after the hire date—giving you time to make sure it’s the right fit.
